Exterior: Full envelope rehab, caulking, painting, installation of new stucco, installation of new roof and addition of a roof deck, lead abatement, installation of new awnings.
Interior: Demolition, Plumbing, Electrical, New Drywall, Installation of new Carpet and Wallcovering, Installation of New Tile, Millwork, and Painting. Full renovation of the public washrooms while adding additional stalls and creating an accessible washroom
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: This hotel is 100 years old! Being an old building this hotel had its own set of unique challenges.
LOCATION: 4405 Central Blvd, Burnaby
PROJECT SCOPE: Interior lobby renovation including demolition, tile flooring, electrical work, cabinet and desk installation and interior painting. We also power washed and repainted entire exterior of hotel.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Renovations were complete while the hotel continued operations and the job was completed on time and within the allocated schedule provided by the hotel.
LOCATION: 711 West Broadway, Vancouver
PROJECT SCOPE: Complete interior upgrade including guest rooms and hallways, all ballrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, restaurant and lounge areas. Also completed exterior painting and concrete restoration on building and parking garage.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: All textured ceilings skim coated to a level 5 smooth finish. Working alongside electricians and plumbers as the building was refurbished for sprinklers and new fire alarm system. Renovation of lobby while hotel continued operations.
LOCATION: 151 West Esplanade, North Vancouver
PROJECT SCOPE: Hand-washed all exterior surfaces including white superstructures and blue tiles as well as complete interior painting and wallpaper hanging.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Working at government facilities requires strict regulations and attention to detail. Proper safety procedures where followed at all times while working at extreme heights with heavy pedestrian traffic below.
