When it comes to interior painting, we are much more than your average house painter. In addition to standard interior painting practices, we do stain removal, drywall repairs, as well as texture, wall and ceiling repairs. In addition to painting, we often do both finishing and rough carpentry as a part of painting projects. We specialize in repairing and repainting all interior surfaces, including drywall, wood, plaster, brick, stone, and concrete. We are also skilled in all types of textured surfaces, including both repair work and application of new texture.
We are highly experienced in difficult interior jobs where access and traffic can be a challenge. This is quite common in the industry we serve: multi-unit residential complexes, hi-rise buildings, warehouses, commercial facilities and government institutions.
To achieve consistent high quality, we have adopted PDCA painting procedures:
Standardized Painting Procedures (SPPs) are derived from PDCA’s Craftsmanship Operating Procedures (COPs) , which were developed by a committee from the PDCA Craftsmanship Forum, and are nationally accepted standards for executing the painting.
As a result of using SPPs, our customers experience minimal re-dos, uniform quality, predictable results and long-term performance.
